New fashion trend on your head – bunny ears

Marc Jacobs sent couple of models with bunny-ear headbands down the runway in his Fall 2009 show. Now it seems becoming real fashion trend. To me yet is looks too carnival while Russian Marie Claire published some in ready-to-wear photoshoot and some celebrities also are seen wearing rabbit ear head accessory.

Madonna, Vuitton, Dolce, Gabbana

_bigdomenico-dolce-stefano-gabbana-madonna Opening the first page of November’s British Vogue again and again I enjoyed magnificent ad of new Louis Vuitton campaign for F/W 2009/2010 with Madonna wearing absolutely sexy bunny ears. Very different from Vuitton + Madonna shoot for Spring/Summer 2009 season, but no doubt – very classy, intimate and with great colorizing effects.

But for the fashion industry it is not enough to have pop icon in front of season’s campaign only for year 2009. In 2010 Madonna will be Dolce & Gabbana campaign star. Stefano Gabanna is writing on Twitter :’’ The campaign with Madonna is beautifull ( 4 me ) i cant say anything about!!!’’.

I don’t this there is anybody who doesn’t believe

Trends for Coats Winter 2009

As the winter is on its way I wanted to post my favorite coat trends for winter 2009.

They are not surprising and continuing rebirth of 80’s style in spring/summer padded shoulders trend remains also in fall and winter. Also army theme stays, however disco style found its place also in military look making shoulders bolder and more exaggerated.

Classic stays – You can’t go wrong with black, white and gray. Classic trench coats with belts as accent.

However using so classic black and white, designers go mad about silhouettes – huge coats, capes and gowns, countless ruffles. Regular forms are outspoken with oversize sleeves and impressive cuffs and collars.

Knitwear is celebrating its victory. Knitted and bold details are not only warm, but also trendy this year.

Season’s feature is fur and leather – simple cuts and also daring. Fur is widely used for detailing (cuffs, collars and fur caps).

Burberry Bags Fall Winter 2009/2010

Burberry as usual creates feel of crumpled classics in its collections. To highlight trendiness of British outwear silhouettes are supplemented by few voluminous bag models. Really generously sized. Casual, but luxury. And iconic check, of course.
