Lakme Fashion Week organized by no.1. cosmetics brand in India is also global leader in organization of fashion weeks and fashion events. The goal of event was to integrate India into the global fashion world.

With a focus on more western fashion first designers I would like to highlight are Neeta Lulla & Nishka Lulla – great tandem of mother and daughter who opened Spring/Summer 2010 Lakme Fashion Week . Collection presented showed fascinating mix of international and Indian making it very exotic.

Gauri & Nainika collection has been designed in association with the most prestigious name in the world of luxury – Grey Goose. Most glamorous show of the fashion week presenting eternal story of black, white and red. Interesting details, original creations, amazing accents.

Narendra Kumar presented line for both men and women. Modern cuts from Indian fabrics, hand crafted details, trendy silhouettes are main characteristics of the collection. Brightly printed shirts, tops and jeans made it look very practical.
